Web3 Compliance Officer, BVI

What you will do:

• Provide compliance guidance to CoinList's business and help us understand the legislation applicable to us in the BVI
• Monitor new and proposed changes in the standards, legislation, and notifications from regulators and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
• Identify and assess compliance risks, devise strategies for mitigating potentially adverse compliance and regulatory actions.
• Work with our CCO to ensure that all required reports are filed with the appropriate authorities in a timely manner
• Other compliance tasks as needed

Who you are:

• You are an expert in KYC and AML. You have at least 5 years in KYC and AML compliance programs in a financial services firm and have a solid grasp of laws and regulations applicable to a regulated financial institution.
• You’re excited about cryptocurrency and understand the basics. CoinList’s mission is to help the best crypto companies and their communities succeed. We’re incredibly excited by the power of distributed ledger technology, and you should be too.
