Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Content Manager to manage our assets, tasks, and the admin system. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and have experience in similar admin systems, Google Sheets, CRMs & other task management tools such as Jira and ClickUp. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operations of our content management and delivery across various products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Kolex Admin and API Management:
- Oversee and manage the Kolex admin system and its API.
- Create treatments, upload content, and mint collectibles as required.

2. Google Sheets and Admin Conversions:
- Efficiently manage Google Sheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Convert content from sheets into our admin system, ensuring a seamless transition.

3. Photography and Signature Selection and Tracking:
- Choose appropriate photographs for various requirements.
- Track the usage and distribution of selected photographs.
- Track the usage of Signatures

4. Calendar Management:
- Manage calendars across all our products.
- Liaise with product leads to ensure timely delivery of required information.

5. Task Management in ClickUp:
- Create detailed tasks in ClickUp for both product and marketing requirements.
- Monitor progress and ensure task completion within stipulated timelines.

Preferred Experience

    • Proven experience in similar admin systems.
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, building models and pivot tables.
    • Familiarity with Task Management Applications
