Contribute to business development efforts and creative pitches Translate brand and business objectives into bold, ownable experiential ideas that may include digital, social, and video elements

Develop a trusting and communicative relationship with the creative services team, joining weekly department meetings to discuss and log workflow in Monday.com  

Work closely with account and strategy teams from concept through execution to ensure creative concepts are feasible and align with client goals

Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects stay within budget and can be delivered on timeAnticipate challenges and identify proactive, smart solutions

Build and maintain strong client relationships grounded in trust and partnership

Stay current on cultural trends, technology, and creative innovation

Some travel will be required to attend site visits and events

What You'll Bring:

10+ years of relevant creative experience, including 3+ years leading experiential or integrated teams

Proven success developing and executing immersive brand experiences for major clients

Deep understanding of production, fabrication, and live event realities Ability to clearly define the consumer journey to help influence and secure client buy-in Strong copywriting, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and PowerPoint Ability to think strategically and creatively while managing multiple priorities A passion for sports, music, entertainment, and storytelling through experience Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach

Considerations

Base salary range in NYC: $150+  Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri) Benefits include Vision, Medical, Dental, Commuter Benefits etc.

Base salary represents the salary range that Allied Sports, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility. Allied Sports expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Allied Sports would consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range only in truly exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position.
