Web3 Credit manager

We are looking for someone to join the Credix team and lead our credit efforts. We are looking for a mid/senior profile that has experience within investment banking and private credit. You understand the end-to-end process including but not limited to due diligence, structuring, and risk management.

Qualifications

• +5 years of credit and/or structured finance experience, ideally asset-backed finance or emerging markets credit
• Proven track record with credit risk underwriting, origination and structured finance transactions
• Experience with macroeconomic analysis and credit risk modeling
• Existing network of loan originators, investment banks, and credit funds

Responsibilities

• Work with the Credix executive management team to define the overall credit strategy
• Define a credit risk and structuring framework
  
• Deal screening, loan structuring, due diligence, party onboarding, document structuring, and deal closing
• Assist in capital raising and onboarding of institutional investors such as credit funds, private equity, banks, and other investment funds onto the Credix platform
