Web3 CRM Engagement Specialist

This role is part of the Ledger Retention & Engagement Growth team, which is responsible for growing revenue and key performance indicators on Ledger.com (e-commerce) and across the accompanying Ledger Live web3 app ecosystem (CRM).  

You will be responsible for managing the email and push notification channels. You will ensure that all communications sent are delivered with precision and meet business objectives.

You will be working with the latest marketing and innovative web3 technology in collaboration with Growth, Product and Marketing teams. 

Your mission:

• Implement, maintain and optimise key communication (email and notification) journeys across the whole customer experience 
• Develop, create, and deploy compelling email communications (eg. Upsell/cross-sell, newsletters and life cycles campaigns) to our customer base
• Assist in the creation, testing, and implementation of push notifications for our companion app, aiming to drive user engagement and retention.
• Increase & monitor communication performance (eg. OR, CTR, CR, deliverability) through optimisation
• Grow email and push notification channel revenue contribution
• Support the development and maintenance of customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalised and targeted communications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Design and Marketing teams to develop templates, A/B tests and copy.
• Ensure sent communication follows industry and Ledger’s standards and privacy policies
• Work with management to determine goals and report on overall performance

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of CRM marketing experience (email and/or push notification management) - please also share results from past experience (flow performance, campaign performance etc…)
• Experienced in e-commerce or app retention strategy
• Strong oral and written communication skills - with a deep understanding of direct vs. indirect email copy
• Ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI
• Experience in Eloqua (nice to have)
• An understanding of web3 / crypto industry (nice to have)
• Sufficient experience in marketing automation
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
• Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle and key email marketing journey flows
• HTML knowledge (nice to have)
• Skilled in problem-solving and project management
