Job Overview: In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our suite of data management solutions. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Trustana, your core mission is to cultivate and strengthen relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and the expansion of our services within their businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Guide clients through the integration of Trustana's solutions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular engagement, aligning Trustana's offerings with client goals.
- Product Advocacy: Educate clients on optimal use of Trustana platforms.
- Feedback: Relay client insights to the product team for improvement.
- Growth: Spot upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
- Retention: Oversee client health metrics and address concerns promptly.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing for aligned strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer success or related role in B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with the retail sector and associated tech (e.g., PIM, POS, ERP).
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze data for informed decisions.
- Comfort in a fast-paced start-up setting with multiple account management.
