About the Role: As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll guide our customers through our application, third-party crypto wallets, and exchanges and address basic accounting and tax issues. Your day-to-day will involve creating simple spreadsheets, account adjustments, and troubleshooting errors by collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat
  • Schedule video calls for screen-sharing sessions
  • Assist customers during evenings and weekends as needed
  • Collect and share customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold respectful interactions with customers
