With LayerZero's simple, generic messaging protocol, builders will develop cross-chain dApps designed to unify the power of individual blockchains.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Ecosystem Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with companies and projects in the LayerZero ecosystem that are building on dedicated blockchains such as Polkadot, Matic, BSC, etc. You will be working towards building a thriving LayerZero ecosystem by managing co-marketing activities, providing relationship management, and project management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage relationships with companies and projects in the LayerZero ecosystem that are building on dedicated blockchains

• Organize and manage co-marketing activities with projects

• Project manage opportunities to build a thriving LayerZero ecosystem

• Act as a point of contact for blockchains and understand their ecosystem trends

• Participate in community meetings of the blockchains to build relationships with them

• Identify and suggest ways to improve the LayerZero ecosystem

• Become invested in narrative building for projects and enterprises on the network and customize events tailored to make the biggest impact

• Maintain relationships with users on an ongoing basis, delivering white-glove support as they expand activity on the network

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

• Experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi)

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
