Role Overview

As the Ecosystem Manager at StarkWare, you will play a critical role in fostering the growth and vitality of the StarkNet ecosystem. You’ll work closely with developers, startups, enterprises, and community leaders to drive adoption, strengthen partnerships, and create a thriving environment for innovation.

This role combines strategy, relationship-building, and execution, ensuring the ecosystem becomes a key driver for StarkWare's success.

Responsibilities

Community Development:

• Engage with the developer community to promote adoption of StarkNet
• Organize hackathons, meetups, and other community events to showcase StarkWare's technologies.
• Act as the bridge between the community and the internal teams, relaying feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Partnerships:

• Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with projects, startups, and enterprises building on StarkNet technology.
• Develop co-marketing and co-development initiatives to amplify ecosystem impact.

Education & Advocacy:

• Develop educational resources, including documentation, tutorials, and workshops, to lower the barrier to entry for developers.
• Advocate for StarkNet at industry events, conferences, and on social media.
• Provide mentorship, consulting, and support to external teams building on StarkNet technologies.

Ecosystem Growth Strategy:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute an ecosystem growth roadmap.
• Monitor trends and opportunities in the blockchain and Web3 space, ensuring StarkWare stays ahead of the curve.

Metrics & Reporting:

• Track and report on key ecosystem metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

Competitive Landscape:

• Monitor the competitive landscape and scan for Web3 innovations to keep StarkWare's offerings cutting-edge.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in developer relations, community management, partnerships, or ecosystem development within the blockchain, Web3, or tech industry.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, developer needs, and the broader crypto landscape.
• Familiarity with StarkNet - MUST
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills to deliver impactful results.
