Web3 Employee Experience Manager/Business Partner

BlockFi is looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our growing team!

About the Role

In this role, you will partner with our People Business Partners to drive the overall vision, strategy, and execution of dynamic, global employee experience programs. Specifically, you will develop and drive programs throughout the employee lifecycle that impact and drive the needs of the organization. You will be a great fit for this role if you love to think holistically about employee experience, and believe that people are at the core of a company’s success.

Your Mission

  • Design and implement dynamic, employee experience strategies that include learning and development, employee onboarding, and performance management strategies that drive employee engagement and retention
  • Provides highly experienced vision and input on employee development and engagement
  • Successfully and proactively support the organization though its annual cycles such as annual and mid-year review, including the execution of all company-wide People programs and practices
  • Develops and implements People programs and tools in partnership with people business partners and leaders to add value and create impact on the business
  • Strategic analysis and trend examination annually to ensure that the organizational framework delivers the most benefits to the business
  • Conceptualizes, develops and delivers content for training and development at both the individual and Manager level
  • Creating and executing detailed communication plans that create trust through transparency
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to assess effectiveness and impact of programs
  • Streamline and enhance program processes and efficiencies leveraging our internal people tools
  • Find creative and compelling ways to illustrate and amplify our culture on a global scale that emphasizes inclusion
  • Own and execute initiatives that ensure that new hires are successfully integrated into the team from a learning & development and engagement perspective
  • Monitor, measure and evaluate the impacts of your efforts through data
  • Represent and advocate for BlockFi’s culture and values in your work with teammates throughout the organization

Your Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in People, Employee Experience, or HRBP
  • Core focus on project/program management, communications, and change management
  • Excels in a fast-paced work environment; adapts quickly based on changing business needs, and strategically manages time appropriately
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Superior business communication skills with ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees
  • Strong competency within the HR function
  • Demonstrated experience designing, managing, and measuring programs with global impact
  • Adept at positively influencing cross functional stakeholders including executive leadership, employees, vendors, etc.
  • Domain knowledge in solutions integral to People, L&D, and Employee Engagement
  • Ethical and low ego; engenders confidence and trust, while also garnering respect and credibility
