Web3 Event & Activity Planning

Job duties 1. Responsible for planning and organizing online and offline platform activities, third-party joint marketing activities, activity and communication channel planning (including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, etc.), with the goal of business growth, to increase brand awareness, and user engagement. 2. Plan project-level events such as Airdrop, and platform-level user rewards campaigns to effectively engage users and enhance the brand, with business and market insights. 3. Coordinate and plan internal and external resources to ensure a smooth and efficient campaign execution. 4. Monitor and control the budget, prevent loopholes from causing damage to the company's interests and make plans to deal with unexpected situations. Be responsible for the activity outcome and the return rate of the results. 5. Continuously optimize the event planning process, analyze and review the results of the event, review the achievements and shortcomings, continuously improve the plan, be result-oriented. Job requirements 1. Good at English, which can be used as a working language. 2. Excellent writing and presentation skills, experienced in event planning and marketing; with successful cases of planning major offline events is preferred. 3. Familiar with social media (Twitter, Youtube, etc.) and familiar with the audiences and approaches of different channels. 4. Good communication and teamwork capabilities. 5. Blockchain-related experience is preferred.
