Web3 Events Associate (Intern)

BitGo is looking for a fully remote Events Intern to join the team - you will play an important role in building out the foundation for internal communications and logistics for our Events team while gaining exposure into the cryptocurrency industry.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Liaising between vendors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and logistics
• Collaborating with the Marketing Team on event execution
• Coordinating communication and scheduling for a wide variety of events
• Supporting travel coordination and owning pre-event research (ie. vendor specific policies or limitations)
• Providing additional support as needed for all events
• Having a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate through BitGo as a whole. From onboarding you to teaching you about the crypto domain, your mentor will get you ramped up and ready to make an impact - all while showing you what it means to be at BitGo!

About You:

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program (expected graduation date in 2023)
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication)
• Strong project management skills, proactive, ability to own projects to completion
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail and creatively solve problems

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in events management
• Passion for (or interest in learning about) Crypto and Blockchain
