Nodle is hiring a Web3 Executive Assistant

Nodle is a decentralized wireless network powered by millions of smartphones & Bluetooth-enabled devices. Any smartphone user can earn Nodle Cash cryptocurrency as passive income by connecting to nearby Internet of Things (IoT) devices and sensors. It’s like Pokemon Go for crypto; we hope this can become some passive income for people.
At scale, this is a very powerful lightweight network with many use cases. Through the Nodle Network, enterprises, manufacturers, and smart cities can track and locate lost or valuable items, monitor and improve foot traffic and air quality, and gain valuable data insights from connecting things to the Internet that could never be connected before.
About the Role
This is a full-time role reporting directly to The Chief Executive Officer, while working in tandem with Division heads.
- With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support to the highest-ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
Although Nodle is a remote -first, global employer, we are looking to fill this role in the USA with a focus in the East Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and screening emails, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Managing the executive’s calendar and setting up online and live meetings, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties, such as recording CEO's expenses
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and on-site
- Organizing on-sites and meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Entering and organizing daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in a high level admin, Personal Assistant or EA role
- Excellent MS Office and Google Suite experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience working in a global team
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented qualities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- A quick learner
- A doer, gets stuff done
- College/University graduate
- PA diploma or certification is a plus
