Web3 Finance Systems Intern

We are growing our Finance team and implementing Oracle Cloud (Fusion) as part of a large finance transformation. We are looking to give opportunity to an intern with a Finance background to assist with the program management, change management, data migration assistance, master data management, testing Oracle cloud and creation of training materials. Secondly, we are constantly innovating how we represent the Finance organization - through internal facing notion page, short process flow videos on loom and bug maintenance on Jira. This person will work closely with our GL controller in all facets of program management, change management and ad hoc projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support management in completing special projects as assigned and be a coordinator for ad-hoc questions and initiatives
• Assist in the implementation of simple and standard process improvements
• Documentation of the future standard operating procedures in Oracle
• Data extraction, clean up and validation before uploading to Oracle
• Migration of configurations and data between multiple Oracle pods
• Open service requests with Oracle support, track ticket to completion and document solution

• Experience with Excel to maintain reporting requirements
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills when working with internal teams

• Adapt to a fast-paced continuous learning environment and show a willingness to take on additional responsibility where required
