Xride is early stage web3 startup and seeking an experienced Fundraising Agent to help us secure the necessary initial capital to bring our decentralized Web3 ride-sharing project to life! We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of the fundraising process in the blockchain and Web3 space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for Xride's initial funding
• Connect with venture capital firms, angel investors, and institutional investors interested in blockchain, Web3, and decentralized technology.
• Build and maintain relationships with key investors.
• Ensure that the capital raised aligns with our company’s goals and roadmap.
• Provide ongoing support during the token sale process and private investment rounds.

Requirements:

• Proven experience raising funds for Web3 projects, preferably with successful startup fundraising rounds.
• A strong network of investors in blockchain, crypto, and Web3 spaces.
• Knowledge of private and public sale structures for token projects.
• Ability to deliver strategic fundraising goals efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
