Web3 Global Director of Admin

About The Role:

Amun 21Shares is looking for an experienced Global Director of Admin to build and standardize the administrative and workplace operations functions across regions and the Company’s offices. The ideal candidate for this role is a proven people leader with the innate ability to develop effective administrative and workplace strategies within a fast-growing and global company.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Recruit and manage a world-class administrative, workplace and information technology teams, including regional office managers, facilities managers, IT managers, and other support staff.
  • Create a global administrative, workplace and information technology roadmap (including office development, health and safety, and security) and lead teams to execute against this roadmap
  • Collaborate with executives and senior leadership across the organization to identify and deliver the required administrative and workplace support
  • Develop and maintain global and regional administrative policies and procedures, ensuring productivity and efficiency across company workflows
  • Establish the objectives, scope of service, structure, staffing, work methods, and performance standards for workplace, IT and executive administration teams
  • Build and manage an executive administration team that provides maximum leverage for our executives and supports our organization.

What You Need To Be Great In This Role:

  • 5+ years of work experience in developing comprehensive administrative and workplace strategies for fast-growing and global companies
  • General understanding of identity management, security concepts, networking, cloud architecture, and other IT-related areas.
  • Proven ability to run and deliver results on large-scale, including the management of complex projects across several departments and regions under tight deadlines through rigorous planning and ruthless prioritization
  • Experience creating & applying frameworks to solve problems and bringing the appropriate level of structure that will help improve the overall administrative excellence of the organization on a global and regional scale
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and drive the team to outstanding results
  • Experience building and managing lean teams with outsized company impact

This position must be based in New York or Zurich and be comfortable working in an hybrid model from our office in either location.
