Web3 Grant Program Associate

Associate, Grant Program As the Grant Program Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of the Chainlink ecosystem. You will help shape a successful grant program into an industry-leading standard while supporting the growth of the fastest-growing web3 developer ecosystem.

You’ll have daily interactions with senior leadership within Chainlink Labs as well as with teams across the Chainlink ecosystem and the broader blockchain space in a collaborative and product/solutions-focused environment. As part of the role, you will have a chance to directly help the Chainlink ecosystem and develop technical expertise in blockchains and smart contract networks as well as communicate with engineering, product, and marketing teams about the design and implementation of Chainlink’s software.

Your Impact -Support the end to end administration process for grant sourcing and distribution research potential areas of grant and startup program expansion -Build and maintain a pipeline of potential grant and ecosystem development opportunities as the initial reviewer and conduct due diligence around new grant applications help manage relationships with grant recipients, community members, network participants, partners, and open source contributors  -Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support grant ideation and decision making  -Monitor and analyze KPI’s in the ecosystem, such as engagement network participation and grantee milestones  -Create processes and infrastructures to ensure the long-term scalability of the grant program -Identify opportunities to expand adoption of Chainlink in large-scale social impact projects -Contribute to larger ecosystem development projects and work with external partners, incubators, and grant teams for collaborative initiatives

Requirements -Track record of building and maintaining sales, partnership, or investment pipelines -Demonstrated research, business development, and relationship management skills  -Strong passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, and other Web 3.0 technologies -Demonstrated ability to understand new technical concepts quickly -Ability to operate independently and take on additional responsibilities as needed -Comfort and/or experience with remote work

Desired/Optional Qualifications -2 plus years prior venture capital, accelerator, grant program, or other startup/developer/innovation program building experience -Experience with blockchains, smart contracts and other decentralized systems
