Head of Business Development (Crypto/NFT/Web3 Game BD)

What your day is going to look like:

You gather partners' Business Cards like collecting Yu-Gi-Oh trading cards.

You build relationships with all the best projects and insert yourself in all the great exposure opportunities while pitching EFAS to partners and communities through all means possible.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and user acquisition efforts;
• Establish partnerships with industry-related projects, guilds, publishers, etc.;
• Design and execute tailored partnership co-branding plans or events;
• Connect with content creators, players, and KOLs to curate quality content for the game;
• Organize, maintain, and expand our resources and network;
• Design channel-targeted campaigns using platform tools for user acquisition;
• Promote the brand through AMA sessions and Twitter Spaces;
• Gather market insights for analysis and strategic output on products, industry, competitors, and market trends;
• Identify web3 pioneers on Twitter and elsewhere - proactively engage to get them excited about our project and bring them into our community.

Experience and skills:

• 2+ years of BD experience in blockchain; Experience in at least a successful Web3 project;
• Maintains a valuable and relatable network of partners;
• Fluency in English (C2 or native speaker);
• Strong communication, brand promotion, event planning, and content creation skills;
• Extensive knowledge of all current and emerging trends in the NFT space;
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
