HR Advisor
at Trilitech, contributing to the Tezos ecosystem

The Role
The HR team at Trilitech is responsible for fostering a positive employee experience by managing the full employee lifecycle, and driving engagement retention, and development initiatives. We focus on creating a supportive and compliant workplace, optimising HR processes, and enabling our teams to thrive.

This is a 8 month FTC maternity cover role reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager. The HR Advisor will operate as a standalone generalist, taking ownership of end-to-end HR activity across the business, with the support and guidance of the Senior HR Manager when required.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of operational HR workstreams, is comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities, and is keen to gain exposure to more complex HR matters while partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Our Team
At Trilitech, we drive innovation in Web3 by empowering developers and creators to build pioneering solutions on the Tezos blockchain. Our expertise spans core blockchain development, decentralised applications, infrastructure tooling, developer experience, and incubation programs, with a strong focus on cultural projects, decentralised finance, and gaming. We're dedicated to redefining possibilities and setting new standards within the rapidly evolving blockchain space.

The Technology
Tezos is an open-source blockchain known for its flexibility, security, and unique self-evolving capabilities. With innovations like Etherlink —an EVM-compatible Layer 2—Tezos is scaling rapidly and attracting a growing developer community. Its ecosystem supports diverse projects, from Uranium.io, a decentralized marketplace for tokenized uranium, to leading digital art platforms like Objkt.com.

We encourage you to explore the Tezos website and follow us on Twitter & Discord to learn more about the project.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for people who are proactive and resourceful — those who enjoy turning ideas into reality. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact from day one. Bring your curiosity, energy, and determination, and you’ll play a key role in our growth journey.

If you’re comfortable taking initiative, enjoy exploring new possibilities, and are passionate about crypto and working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll do

  • Managing employee relations (ER) matters and more complex HR requests, including advising managers on policies and procedures, handling casework from initial query through to resolution, and escalating to the Senior HR Manager where appropriate

  • Acting as the first point of contact for routine HR queries, managing and monitoring the HR ticketing system (Asana), ensuring employee queries are addressed promptly and consistently resolving issues where possible and escalating appropriately.

  • Overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management processes, contractual changes, and offboarding

  • Facilitating cross-department coordination for hiring, internal moves, and employee departures to ensure accurate and timely processing

  • Preparing and managing employee contracts, amendments, standard HR correspondence, and compliance documentation

  • Processing employee data changes including starters, leavers, role changes, salary updates, and absence records.

  • Supporting employee engagement, retention activities, and administration of performance review cycles

  • Coordinating payroll administration with Finance and supporting payroll processing with the HR Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Supporting right-to-work checks, background screening, and reference requests
Assisting with HR reporting, audits, data management, and identifying trends in employee requests to support process improvements
Providing administrative support on HR initiatives and ad-hoc tasks

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor, experienced HR Assistant or in similarly relevant role

  • CIPD Level 3 at a minimum or equivalent HR qualification

  • Proven skills working within a fast-growing or rapidly changing environment

What you can expect from us

  • Competitive salary

  • Hybrid working environment

  • Daily lunch provided in-office

  • Commuter costs reimbursement (up to £3,300 annually)

  • 20-day policy for working abroad

  • 25 days paid holiday plus your birthday off

  • Enhanced parental & adoption leave

  • Pension contributions double matched (up to 10%)

  • Private medical insurance with Bupa

  • Learning and development programs

  • Life assurance (5x base salary)

Why You'll Love It
Join a fast-paced environment where you'll lead impactful initiatives. You’ll have autonomy to deliver results, supported by passionate colleagues in a focused but fun environment. We value ambition, creativity, and continuous learning—providing the ideal setting for career growth.
