We are seeking an exceptional Director of Technology to join Mavik Labs as a Co-Founder. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our technical vision and architecture while playing a crucial role in shaping the future of decentralized gaming.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture blockchain infrastructure
• Oversee the development and implementation of our AI and gaming technologies
• Guide the technical team in building scalable and secure decentralized solutions
• Establish technical standards and best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with other co-founders to align technical direction with business goals
• Make key technical decisions regarding platforms, tools, and frameworks

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
• Extensive experience with blockchain technology and Web3 development
• Strong background in AI/ML technologies and their practical applications
• Proven experience in gaming technology and development
• Track record of leading complex technical projects and teams
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity and cryptography principles
• Experience with scalable distributed systems and cloud architecture

• Previous experience as a technical co-founder or CTO
