Overview
On March 6, 2026, weâre inviting a small group of exceptional graduates to join us at our London office for an Algorithmic Trader Assessment Day. This is a chance to meet experienced Wintermute traders, take part in interesting technical challenges, and learn more about how we operate.

Calling all curious problem-solvers!
This isnât a traditional interview. Itâs an assessment day designed to challenge you and give you a genuine feel for life at Wintermute.
Youâll spend the evening tackling practical trading-inspired problems, learning from senior members of our team, and meeting traders and other Wintermute employees. Along the way, youâll explore our office, get a sense of our culture, and see how we think about markets.
There will also be free food and drinks throughout the evening, plus some Wintermute merch up for grabs.
