Job Description Summary: The North America EPICS (Entertainment, Partnerships, Influencers, Culture & Sports) team is a part of North America Marketing. The core deliverables for the team are to identify, create, amplify and scale compelling passion points and brand assets to solve for business opportunities and support category objectives. This team is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s relationships with current and future sports and entertainment organizations to support the category growth initiatives and Operating Unit needs.   We manage our sports and entertainment partnerships, lead the development of scalable marketing programs and execute best in class events that serve the needs of the business, drive recruitment, and increase productivity.  The Director, Influencer and Entertainment will play an important role in leading some of the most exciting marketing areas of the business. They will be responsible for supporting the strategy and development of global initiatives related to entertainment integrations and long-term influencer strategy. This role will focus on ensuring this space drives relevance with our target consumers, with emphasis on efficiency, maximizing value of these partnerships and highly integrating within IMX, FLM, and the Brand teams and priorities.

Critical Responsibilities:

1 Influencers Strategy, Management and Execution

Evolve our strategy of a portfolio-wide influencer ecosystem. Ongoing support for a comprehensive influencer model that can be leveraged against key brand platforms Build a strategic roster of North America partnerships with cultural Influencers seeking long-term and co-creation collaborations across our categories Collaborate with Procurement and support our MPAC governance process to ensure consistency in influencer management.  Partner with Global IMX/Global EPICS to ensure that NAOU adheres and continues to familiarize and uphold TCCC policies in terms of Influencer selection, background checks, etc. Streamline the selection, negotiation, and activation process for influencers with Procurement. Responsible for staying current on industry trends and dynamics of this space

2 Entertainment / Studio Integrations:

Deep working relationship with Global EPICS Entertainment team to scale/adapt Global streaming/movie/gaming partnerships into NAOU plans/marketing calendar Manage ecosystem and studio relationships to continue long-legacy of brand placements in the next generation of iconic cinema and television Evaluate North-America specific entertainment partnerships/integrations, being mindful of full marketing activities + other assets that might be available Bias towards creating commercial and transactable opportunities from entertainment or studio initiatives

3 New Platforms

Working closely with Digital IMX, licensing, and platform services; identify the new platform opportunities that technology is unlocking for the future of consumer experience as it relates to sports and entertainment passion points As NAOU EPICS embarks on experiments with new/test partners and/or platforms this role would serve as partnership management lead – including building business case to scale or sunset the experiment after trial period.

Functional Competencies:

Thorough understanding of the entertainment and social media influencer industry Clear understanding of the influencer ecosystem and how to leverage authentically for brands Strong project management skills. Experience in managing and motivating agencies and third parties. Relationship skills to deal with external partners representing the Company (our bottlers). Strong strategic capability to drive transformational change in the way gaming marketing is managed; ability to link entertainment, influencers, and emerging platforms to the overall brand strategy, ability to adapt to changing and emerging trends in the industry. Negotiate and manage influencers based on afore mentioned brand strategy Knowledge of Coca-Cola and our Bottlers organization and experience working with it. Strong influencing skills with proven ability to provide strategic guidance with executive level leaders as well as external partners.

Financial / Job Scope:

Provides leadership for multiple concurrent project teams managing a strategic budget Direct responsibilities for managing activation resources and agency partners Manages the North America properties that we have or may secure

Experience / Education:

8 or more years of experience in the entertainment/music/influencer industry   Proven track record of managing entertainment properties or influencers, preferably within the gaming industry Good understanding of the metaverse landscape as well as the technology evolution in blockchain   Understanding of The Coca-Cola Company, and our business Bachelor’s degree within the business landscape required

Skills:

Pay Range:$160,000 - $186,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
