Mission: We are seeking a skilled HR professional who is passionate about putting people first. We are growing fast and need to expand our team. You will be recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing talent that understands our company's culture of inclusivity and innovation. This is a highly influential leadership role, which requires working closely with the CEO and the Team and providing HR support and direction for senior colleagues. The successful applicant will have a solid knowledge of various HR functions and administrative responsibilities. You'll conduct a needs assessment to help us prioritize our initiatives over the next few years. You will be expected to develop implementation plans and create the measurements by which we can determine how to create a better employee experience. If you want to work at a place that takes employee happiness seriously, this job is for you. This role is available as a remote opportunity. However, if you reside outside of Switzerland, you will be required to occasionally visit our head office in beautiful Lausanne.
