Web3 Human Resources Associate, Mid-level (L2)

What you'll be doing: • Be part of the ideation, development, and launching of new HR processes. • Be part of handling the end-to-end talent acquisition process from gathering requirements, JD crafting, interviewing, offer, and onboarding. • Be part of the entire employee lifecycle from performance appraisals, contract compliance, contract renewals, and exit interviews. • Participate in the analysis of our total rewards structure. Deep dive into annual compensation, employee recognition, and benefits. • Handle team queries regarding our policies and working conditions. • Leverage current and new data for process improvement.  • Maintain communication with external parties such as insurance companies, external agencies, etc. • Drive company culture and values through organizing company-wide activities.  • Keep up to date with the latest developments, technology, and trends in the HR world.

What we look for in you: • At least 2 years of experience in an HR role. • Bachelor's degree in any field with an interest in HR. A degree in psychology is advantageous. • A team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Confident working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Excellent command of English and great communication skills. • Proactive in coming up with ideas and solutions that will improve the company and employee experience.
