SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?

We are looking for an IT Manager to join the Technology team. This person will be an expert in all things technical infrastructure. Your contribution to Candy’s success will be aimed towards supporting users across the company both in office and remote. In addition, you will play a leading role in ensuring software/hardware comply with Candy’s security and policies. Above all, you will push and refine our proprietary technologies, platforms, and practices.

As our Most Valued Player, you will…

  • Manage and deploy IT systems, including but not limited to MacOS, Windows, MDM, JAMF, Google Workspace, inventory management, Zoom video conferencing and A/V solutions
  • Lead the automation of ITl processes and identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement technical solutions for complex business problems
  • Lead and manage IT projects across the organization with the support of TechOps management.
  • Maintain IT policies, SOPs and support work for audit preparation
  • Maintain relationships and partner with vendors to escalate issues, resolve problems, and track work to completion
  • Work closely with Security on various technical initiatives

Who are you?

  • Experience working in a fast paced startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and minimum of 2+ years related work experience required
  • Experience working in Mac OS and Windows management
  • Experience working with Google Workspace and Zoom
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
