Compensation: $63k - $90k estimated

As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone to join to provide internal IT support to our employees. This person will be the first person hired in this scope that will stand up all aspected of our internal IT support.
Responsibilities - Help set and execute vision for nationwide IT support delivery for all OpenSea employees in their preferred workplace (remote or in office) - Resolve tickets quickly, handle escalated issues, and jump in where needed - Implement security hardening for local network, communication devices, and endpointsRequirements - Collaborate with our security team to define processes and procedures for evaluation and monitoring of services to identify and manage our risks effectively - Develop a help desk for all IT issues, including analyzing metrics, and optimizing IT service for an exceptional end user experience - Manage OpenSea’s user lifecycle program including maintaining the technical processes of onboarding, off-boarding and other work status change events - Collaborate cross functionally with OpenSea leadership to provide the right tools to the right teams across the business - Manage inventory of equipment and other corporate IT assets and manage budget - Manage external vendors, contractors, & partners
Desired Experience - 7+ years of experience in an IT role - Experience in a fast-growing company - Experience managing macOS & iOS devices, building and deploying policies, configs, and software using MDM (JAMF) for both in-office and remote employees - You are comfortable being the escalation point for issues concerning all core IT systems - You have great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences - Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; you build trust easily - You’re passionate about building automated tasks to help efficiency - You have a growth mindset and a desire to roll up your sleeves and build
