Responsibilities

• 한국, 싱가폴 등 글로벌 오피스의 효율적인 온/오프라인 근무 환경을 구축하고 지원합니다.
• 사내에 통합 된 IT 장비 관리 규정을 설계하고 운영합니다.
• 사내에서 업무에 필요한 소프트웨어를 도입하고, 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 운영합니다. (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Software, Jira 등)
• 구성원의 업무에 필요한 오프라인 장비를 구입하고, 지속가능하게 사용할 수 있도록 관리합니다. (Conference System, Laptop, Monitor, Etc. 신규/기존 구성원 장비 구입/셋팅, 관리 및 검수 지원)
• 구성원의 온/오프라인 IT 시스템의 장애 발생 시, 장애를 진단하고 대응하며 해결합니다. - IT Help Desk, 해외 오피스의 경우 원격지원
• 사내 정보 보호를 위한 보안 시스템과 가이드를 설계하고 교육합니다.
• 위 업무를 중심으로 구성원이 업무에 집중할 수 있도록 지원하는 총무 지원 업무를 담당합니다.

What we want you to have

• 3년 이상 7년 미만의 관련 경력을 보유하신 분
• 총 100명 이상의 규모의 글로벌 회사에서 IT Operation 업무를 주도적으로 진행해 보신 분
• 영어로 근무한 경험이 있으시거나, 영어로 의사소통이 가능하신 분
• CCNA 자격증을 보유하신 분

Nice to have

• HW, SW 자산관리 운영 경험이 있으신 분
• 주변 환경을 개선하며 사람들을 돕는 일에 보람을 가지시는 분
• 다양한 사람들과 유연하고 정확하게 소통하시는 분
• 새로운 기술에 대한 배움에 거부감이 없으신 분
• IT 관련 전공 또는 관련 자격증이 있으신 분
• CCNP 자격증을 보유하신 분
