You will coordinate the translation of materials from/into English involving a variety of languages and a wide variety of formats. You will work with a variety of freelancers, vendors, and agencies to ensure accurate translations and proper localization. You will work closely with the product marketing, SEO, web development, content, and design teams to deliver world-class innovative blockchain products.

You Are The Creator and Coordinator:

• 2+ years of work experience in localization, internationalization, and project management
• Knowledge in managing transcreation and localization across multiple locales e.g. Website, Online platform, App
• Design and implement efficient and scalable end-to-end localization frameworks for multiple products and diverse content types
• Creates a company glossary, guides, translation memories, vocabularies, term bases, etc. to help with translation consistency.
• Budget creation and optimization.
• Project manage end-to-end localization or translation projects, both with internal product, design, engineering, marketing and customer engagement team stakeholders and external vendors
• Prepares jobs for translation to send to vendors (freelance translators, reviewers, proofreaders, agencies), tracks and monitors their progress through to completion.
• Source suitable translators and other language professionals.
• Effectively communicates with internal stakeholders, language professionals, and colleagues to ensure high-quality translated materials.
• Ensures high-quality translated materials.
• Formats translations for the team to be published.
• Proofread final copy.
• Ensure original copy and translation consistency.
• Ensure that SEO strategies are effectively implemented in all translations
• Helps regularly evaluate workflow processes and their effectiveness, and suggests adjustments as needed.
• Knowledge of additional languages other than English is a plus
• Implementing new methodologies and tools to meet project and company goals
• Good understanding of translation technologies like translation memories, machine translation, and CAT tools
• Basic understanding of HTML and different data formats (JSON, CSV, XML)
