The Binance Localization team is in charge of translating, localizing, and testing content from our website and app into 30 languages at current count. The team’s goal is to put our international community first and help them grow by localizing products and services that look, behave and feel native.In this position, you will help ensure that users have the same accurate and enjoyable experience in all international markets. You will automate and scale localization QA processes to make LQA easier and faster for our stakeholders, as well as the implementation of a quality framework.Our team is internationally distributed and we're open to you working from anywhere in the world. You will report to our Manager for Localization at Binance.

Requirements:

    • 2 to 3 years of localization QA experience managing medium to large-scale projects
    • Strong technical domain knowledge (globalization, internationalization, localization)
    • Knowledge of the full localization life cycle, best practices, and industry translation management systems
    • Experience collaborating across the organization and a variety of teams
    • A passion to scale processes and adapt to ongoing project needsExperience working with global teams, markets, and diverse cultures

Bonus points:

    • Knowledge of the Chinese language
    • Experience with Jira and Smartling (or similar translation management system)Interest in crypto

Responsibilities:

    • Manage and improve the quality assurance process
    • Set goals and metrics, and report on quality assurance results continuously
    • Provide timely responses and actions to vendor and colleague requests
    • Communicate quality concerns with stakeholders
    • Assist on localization projects during high demand
    • Work with local managers to refine and adapt local copies
    • Work closely with a LQA specialist to scale LQA across all supported languages and websites/apps
