Let’s go!    Your mission As Manager, Procurement, you lead Bitpanda’s procurement and third-party management strategy, ensuring the company partners with the right suppliers in a commercially effective and compliant way. You drive complex supplier negotiations, enable efficient procurement processes, and support the business with scalable sourcing practices that align with Bitpanda’s growth and regulatory standards. What you'll do

Define and drive Bitpanda’s long-term procurement and outsourcing strategy Lead major procurement initiatives and complex supplier negotiations with organization-wide impact Promote cost-effective, sustainable, and compliant procurement practices Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Lead, coach, and mentor your team to foster growth and performance

Who you are

Proven experience in procurement with a strong track record of leading complex supplier negotiations and delivering measurable cost savings Around 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related function Experience negotiating contracts with technology vendors, software providers, or within regulated industries such as fintech, banking, or financial services Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across legal, finance, and business teams A proactive problem-solver who can balance commercial outcomes with risk management and compliance requirements
