Web3 Mining Loan Associate

BlockFi is looking for a Mining Loan Associate to join our growing team!

About Your Team

Mining Loan Associate within the Principal Credit & Crypto Team.

Your Mission

• Work with Sales to screen potential opportunities and write call reports for management
• Structure loan transaction
• Model financials
• Assess risk/return
• Create term sheets
• Negotiate covenants and credit agreements
• Coordinate with other stakeholders in the organization and provide information required to complete their processes
• Manage loan closings
• Enhance and execute portfolio monitoring processes
• Perform market and competitor research
• Create presentations

Your Expertise

• Two or more years of experience in fundamental credit analysis, either on the sell or buy side
• Hands on experience negotiating credit agreements, preferred
• Some familiarity and aptitude with Crypto
• Undergraduate degree required.
