Web3 Mobile Tech Lead

GK8 is seeking a Mobile Tech Lead to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, driving the design and development of new features for our iOS and Android apps. You will ensure high performance, scalability, and user-friendly experiences while guiding the technical direction of mobile development. This position requires strong technical expertise, project leadership, and a passion for creating outstanding mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and execution of mobile development for iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications
• Drive best practices in mobile app development, including performance optimization and security
• Ensure seamless integration of third-party libraries and SDKs
• Oversee technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure the success of projects
• 
  
• Work in an agile environment to meet project goals and timelines

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms
• Proven experience in Android development 
• Proficiency in Kotlin 
• Experience in SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose
• Strong understanding of mobile development best practices, design patterns, and architectures
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and solve complex development challenges
• A passion for delivering high-performing, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications
• Experience with mobile app performance optimization and debugging tools
• Strong knowledge of mobile security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience working with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• Familiarity with KMM (Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile) 
• Familiarity with Realm Database
