Web3 NFT operation manager

NFT operation manager Job Description: 1. Responsible for the comprehensive operation and management of NFT product line, expanding the overall growth of NFT users; 2. Understanding the operation mode of companies in the NFT industry, analyze the development and market trend of the company's NFT global business from the perspective of operation, and put forward suggestions on operation strategies; 3. Maintain the relationship with NFT users, explore potential users, keep good communication with users, and grasp customer needs in real time; 4. Expand the transaction scale of NFT users and improve transaction frequency through operation means such as new users acquiring, conversion and retention. 5. Responsible for releasing the company's NFT products and publicizing activities to enhance the influence of the platform among NFT users.

Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of product operation experience, familiar with NFT products, at least 1 year of blockchain operation management experience; 2. Have a deep understanding of potential users' portraits, be good at interacting with users, have efficient execution and positive working attitude; 3. Have an in-depth understanding of industry format and trading platform business, and be familiar with resources in the blockchain industry; 4. Fluent in English, can use it as working language.
