Your job is to find a partner who will add value to the NFT collection.

So it could be a real estate company who wants to have something fancy for their clients and provides those NFTs. The owner of this NFTs could have special rights or access to exclusive material and articles. Or could get a price reduction on certain services.

You will receive 1-10% equity of the project, payed out in form of NFTs.
