Groma is hiring a Web3 Office Coordinator/Receptionist

Our business is one part full-service real estate development, investment and management firm and one part innovative blockchain investing platform, to give more people the opportunity to own more real estate. We are passionate about the future of the greater Boston area and it is our goal to develop our local communities in sustainable and innovative ways. We are looking for an Office Coordinator/Receptionist to assist the growing business in the coming months.
About the position
Our office is a critical part of our culture, and as we look to the future, we want to ensure that our workspace delivers everything our colleagues need to do their best work. Groma is looking for an office coordinator/receptionist that will be the first point of contact for all visitors to our office. This role will welcome guests and greet people who visit our company, providing the best customer experience and service.
Job Functions
- Managing day to day office responsibilities
- Coordinate with many internal stakeholders
- Enhance administrative processes by identifying improvements and implementing solutions that save time and improve accuracy
- Support the team with ad hoc projects
- Provide assistance as needed to the executive team members on things such as travel booking, meeting coordination
- Create and manage team events that support Groma’s culture
- Assist with onboarding new employees
Experience
- 1 year of office administration experience, preferred, including Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Familiar with Google Suite
- Customer service attitude, understanding and commitment to client satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Professional attitude, solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, well organized and resourceful
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
