Exodus is looking for an Office Manager who is passionate about administrative excellence and organizational efficiency. Your role will be to support our executive team with local tasks and assist our People Ops department remotely. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-focused professional with an interest in the rapidly evolving world of crypto. Join our team and play a key role in boosting operational efficiency and streamlining processes to propel our success even further.

What You Will Do

  • Handle physical mail pick-up and delivery in Lincoln/Omaha, Nebraska
  • Complete necessary physical errands in Lincoln/Omaha, Nebraska
  • Facilitate scheduling for executive group meetings as needed
  • Fill out employment verification letters when requested
  • Gather, compile, and submit weekly company updates and metrics
  • Oversee general administrative tasks and ensure documentation is organized and safely filed in Tresorit and BambooHR
  • Perform regular internal audits of training completion and follow up with team members
  • Update the HR system to show completed OFAC and Insider Trading training statuses
  • Post contracts for external recruiters and other People Ops vendors and oversee contract reviews to successful completion
  • Track and manage W8-ben renewals
  • Assist with creating and updating People Ops department documentation and processes, including SOPs and the Exodus Playbook
  • Organize People Ops shared drives and build a “map” for shared department drives.
  • Manage employee access to platforms and respond to related inquiries
  • Maintain company documentation, including the Company Directory and Personnel files

Who You Are

  • Located near Lincoln and/or Omaha, Nebraska, with a valid driver’s license and own transportation
  • Experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Experience with managing the moving parts of a remote organization
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to write clearly and concisely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, and capable of working independently
  • Adaptable and able to proactively solve problems
  • Familiar with Slack and G Suite

A Plus

  • Familiarity with HR processes and systems
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
  • Interest in cryptocurrency or blockchain technology

Benefits

Health: Most of our health insurance plans are covered 100% for you and covered 50% for your dependents. We’ll also cover dental insurance. If you are outside of the United States, we will reimburse you up to $500 per month for any medical and dental insurance for you and your dependents.

PTO: 30 days of paid time off per year on top of a flexible schedule where you can work wherever and whenever. If you’re part-time with us, you’ll still receive 15 days of paid time off.

Unlimited Bereavement: We will pay you your full salary for the first two weeks for the loss of any immediate family members but we allow you to take all the time you need to grieve outside of that.

Parental Leave: 13 weeks of fully paid leave with and a month of flexible work for the primary caregiver. 4 weeks of paid leave if you are the child's secondary caregiver.
