Web3 Operations Associate

We seek an efficient Operations Associate who will support various teams by ensuring organized and timely day-to-day business operations besides working on continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Become the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational requirements
• Assist senior management and cooperate with different departments across different time zones to improve business operations
• Provide feedback on company policies and procedures
• Improve and manage internal systems and procedures to ensure business runs smoothly
• Make recommendations for business performance and operational improvement
• Provide support across the entire organization including management team
• Maintain a high level of security when accessing the company and its client systems and assets
• Make yourself acquainted with company culture and company wide procedures
• Participate in regular team meetings
• Work with a geographically distributed team where you work independently but also as part of a team
• Communicate and inform senior management if help is required
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.

Skills:

• Advance Skills in Excel
• Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Write clear technical documentation
• Excellent async written communication
• Strong analytical, reporting, and budgeting skills.
• Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Actively and creatively ensure that your tasks can progress fast even when slowed down by dependencies
• Apply critical thinking and logical reasoning to your work

Would be beneficial if you have:

• Experience in managing financial data and operations in a digital-first company.
• Familiarity with automation and tools for operations and finance.
