Web3 Operations Manager, EMEA

With a significant year ahead, Wachsman is now seeking an Operations Manager.

Duties:

  • Work closely with senior management to craft and implement company efficiencies and best practices
  • Lead agency strategic projects, from research to implementation to analytical evaluation
  • Work with human resources to implement tools and policies to increase employee effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments and individuals globally on ad hoc projects as needed
  • Create, coordinate and deliver activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
  • Review workload and manpower to ensure business objectives are being met on a cost-effective basis
  • Ensure efficient day to day management of the finance processes across the business in Ireland
  • Partner with the management team in planning for business growth
  • Work directly with Managing Director, EMEA as necessary to prepare monthly forecasts/targets as well as operational and management reporting of the business
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing key corporate partner relationships such as accountants, lawyers and facilities

Skills and Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience, prior experience in startups is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and teaming skills, with the ability to create consensus among stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, project management skills, the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, and exceptional follow-through
  • Eagerness to take on new challenges and learn new concepts
  • Self-starter and motivated and able to work independently
  • Exceptional work ethic and motivation to be innovative in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be fluent in Excel.
