Main Tasks of the Operations Officer:

• Helping our clients with Confirmo integration, good in-depth knowledge of our functionality and inner processes.

• Processing clients requests into new feature proposals.

• Analyzing and optimizing Confirmo workflows in terms of cooperation with clients.

Your Profile:

• Exceptional communication skills, with strong emphasis on written word and understanding of client needs

• Good organisational skills and imaginative problem solving skills

• Proficiency in written English; native Czech is an advantage.

• Interest in cryptocurrencies.

• Previous professional experience in related fields is beneficial.

• Keen to learn and adapt on the job, with most skills expected to be developed through hands-on experience.
