Responsibilities Work as a middle desk manager, communicating with the teams from the front desk and back end, regarding projects’ needs and goals. Gather feedback from the front desk, organize demands, then send necessary tasks to the back-end development team. Conduct competitor analysis, collect and analyze feedback from users and other participants, consolidate them into requirements, features and products Draft content strategy with other teams. Keep track of and report on projects’ progress. Complete any tasks in an efficient and timely manner Perform other relevant duties orderly and efficiently
