Excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our growing Global team.
We are looking for someone who loves what they do, who understands the need for flexibility in this busy generalist role and who will be pro-active and highly responsive in their approach to their teams needs.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to due diligence and AML requests
- Support attorneys in preparing board materials for quarterly committee meetings, organize and maintain minute books
- Prepare and file regulatory licensing and reporting forms
- Prepare and file routine corporate governance forms and correspondence
- Review routine vendor contracts and maintain contract record keeping system
- Work with outside counsel on registration in offshore jurisdictions and documentation
- Assist with review of marketing materials
- Assist Risk Committee with administrative support
- Operations work including record keeping, electronic and paper document and file management, calendar management, vendor due diligence and enterprise risk management map
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant paralegal work experience
- Paralegal experience in a corporate (in-house) legal department or a law firm preferred, FIU experience strongly preferred
- Proactive and able to work independently on routine projects and collaborate on complex matters as necessary
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent oral, organizational, and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- College degree (preferred); paralegal certificate a plus;
- Experience with Apple MacBook and Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite; and ability to learn new, continuously changing programs and communications channels quickly.
