Your role with us:

As our Performance Media Specialist you will be responsible for the paid search strategy focused on online banner advisements, such as social banners, native advertising and programmatic display for our stake.com brand. You'll be working with big budgets and managing campaigns across a wide range of channels and game categories. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that drives traffic, increases brand awareness, and maximizes conversions for our online crypto casino and sportsbook platform stake.

What you will do:

  • Plan, develop and execute the PPC campaigns for stake with a focus on media banners, video native advertising and programmatic advertising across all media, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Generate, maintain, A/B test and refine keywords, ad copy, extensions, and any other campaign assets.
  • Conduct and review ongoing keyword research, audience & bid research and management.
  • Utilize advanced analytics, bidding and reporting tools to track campaign performance, budget and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports with context around performance.
  • Work closely with the paid media manager to continuously track & tag, monitor, optimize and grow campaigns to meet or exceed performance goals, such as CPA, ROAS and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, social and affiliate teams, to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives, product updates, testing ideas & new offers.
  • Maintain a ‘test and learn’ culture, constantly seeking opportunities to improve performance, drive efficiency gains and improve prospect and customer experience through creatives, personalization, bonus opportunities & automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and updates to ensure campaigns are utilizing the latest tactics and strategies

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid advertising in-house or agency side, with focusing on Google ads.
  • Meta & Google certifications (including Display and YouTube).
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools, such as Ahrefs, Semrush, google suite, google ads editor, Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Experienced in establishing and managing medium to large-scale budgets.
  • Experience with bid management tools.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
