What you will do

Manage the vendor contract register, including contract variations, following set processes. Conduct supplier due diligence checks per legal and regulatory standards. Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies and procedures. Oversee the full procurement process with Finance and business departments, ensuring compliance. Validate invoices and ensure timely payments. Review expiring contracts to shape procurement strategy. Facilitate tender processes and contract negotiations. Monitor and report on contract performance, risks, and KPIs to drive value for money outcomes.

What you will bring: 

2  to 3 years’ experience in contract development and/or management OR relevant project management experience. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders. Ability to interrogate a contract for key contract dates and our expectations of the contract. Proficiency in using various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Procurement experience in Sourcing and/or Operations will be advantageous Experience in administrative, operational and contract documentation review will be highly advantageous

Bonus points if you also have:

Tertiary qualifications in Law and Communications, Accounting or other relevant fields Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
