Let’s go!    Your Mission As a Senior Associate, Program Management, you bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving projects forward. You’ll support the planning and execution of key initiatives, collaborating closely with senior program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. With a hands-on approach and eagerness to learn, you’ll contribute to improving processes, supporting project success from start to finish, and developing your skills in stakeholder management and project delivery   What you’ll do

Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining project initiatives while driving own streams or small projects on your own. Collaborate with internal stakeholders — including senior management, product, legal, compliance, and marketing teams — to coordinate secure necessary input and resources  Work closely with teams across finance, legal, operations and product to ensure alignment and effective project delivery. Prepare clear and timely project updates and reports for management and relevant stakeholders. Contribute to the development of project tracking and evaluation processes to ensure continuous improvement.

  Who you are

Experience in project management, preferably within financial services, fintech, trading, or cryptocurrency environments. Excellent organisational, communication, and time management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively across departments. Foundational understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with a strong commitment to developing deeper expertise in effective project execution. Demonstrated interest in the finance, crypto or tech industry and innovations, with the ability to contribute to discussions and initiatives that align with the organisation’s strategic goals. Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation, including detailed project plans, monitor progress, assess risks, and support timely and high-quality project delivery.
