Web3 Senior CRM Manager

Our Marketing Chapter's mission is to acquire new customers, educate, and get them excited about our Product. We are looking for an experience Senior CRM Manager to join our CRM professionals here at Nuri.

Your mission

  • You lead the implementation of CRM campaigns and automated personalized lifecycle programs to engage users and convert them to long-term customers, as well as to continuously improve retention and the customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • You use mobile app analytics and attribution tools to build and investigate key user funnels, segmented retention charts and behavioural analyses to find problems, opportunities and campaign ideas
  • You ensure the base is segmented effectively for behavioural-triggered educational, transactional and promotional communications for our customers
  • You fine-tune our user journey based on analytics, to make sure that our leads and customers receive the right message at the right time on the right channel, while not overlapping with other campaigns
  • You run A/B tests to understand which communication channels are most effective
  • You communicate results and learnings across teams and document them on our Confluence page
  • You are the central spokesperson for CRM inside the company and work in close collaboration with business and tech stakeholders

Your profile

  • You have 5+ years of experience working in CRM and are comfortable understanding and editing HTML
  • You have a strong understanding of mobile channels, communication approaches (email, in-app, push, content cards/inbox SMS) and web (pop-up & web-push)
  • Ideally, you bring technical knowledge in regulatory topics and product and marketing related tools such as: CSS, Liquid syntaxis, SQL, IP deliverability, GDPR, data structure, event tracking, audience segmentation, etc
  • You are passionate about CRM, with a strong analytical mindset and deep knowledge of CRM systems and multichannel lifecycle journeys. Experience with Braze is a plus
  • You are someone that works strategically, with seeing the bigger picture and a hands-on attitude who can conceptualize and supervise projects from start to end
  • You have a high level of initiative, result-oriented, paired with a structured way of working
  • You are a communicator by heart, both written and verbal with fluency in English, whereas German is optional
  • Experience in on-demand start-ups/companies or banking are a plus
