Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior DeFi Specialist to collaborate with on a project basis. This team is part of leading financial institution with a growing focus on decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions. As a Senior DeFi Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative DeFi strategies to enhance the client's financial services.

Responsibilities:

• DeFi Strategy Development: Create and execute DeFi strategies that align with the client's objectives and drive growth in the decentralized finance sector.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with DeFi projects, ensuring the security and stability of financial operations.
• Protocol Evaluation: Assess and recommend DeFi protocols and technologies to optimize the client's financial ecosystem.
• Partnership Building: Collaborate with key DeFi stakeholders to foster strategic partnerships and expand the client's network.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of DeFi initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on DeFi regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in DeFi projects or related roles within the financial industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a relevant field. Additional certifications in DeFi are a plus.
