Web3 Senior Demand Generation Manager

You will have the opportunity to apply and grow your skills in a modern marketing team. It’s not about lead generation, but about approaching demand generation across the entire funnel: create, capture, convert and accelerate. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for creating and capturing pipeline, which includes, but is not limited to planning and executing inbound campaigns that support content, product, and evergreen / ‘always-on’ launches across the public and private sector.

We measure success by hand-raiser generation, pipeline development, and sales success.

In one year you’ll know you were successful if you have…

  • Launched organic and paid inbound campaigns that capture top, mid and bottom-funnel interest and result in reliable sales pipeline
  • Led high performance paid media programs that have had a significant impact on helping us hit (or excede) our revenue goals
  • Managed a webinar program, including pre/post-event promotions and nurtures, and experimented with new formats and topics
  • Managed BOFU search campaigns and implemented optimizations
  • Evaluated industry media vendors and negotiated competitive contracts
  • Proficiency in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, our solutions, our customers, and can develop messaging with ease

A background like this helps:

  • You have at least three years of B2B Demand Generation experience helping to build and scale sales pipeline
  • You’re highly creative and have a strong grasp of TOFU through BOFU marketing campaign strategies that build awareness, educate, and convert prospective customers
  • You have experience managing SEM, paid social media campaigns, SEO, webinars, and third-party outlet campaigns to name a few.
  • You’re masterful at managing competing deadlines, measuring performance, drawing insights from the programs you lead, and have an exceptional attention to detail along the way
  • You have executed activities that are meaningful to the business and can appropriately prioritize internal requests from sales and/or other stakeholders
  • Earned the trust and confidence of your colleagues, worked collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams, and continuously pushed yourself outside of your comfort zone
  • You have a thirst for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing (a passion for cryptocurrency or blockchain technology a plus!)
  • You enjoy collaborating with your team and leave your ego aside at the start of your day
