About your role

We’re looking for a Senior Growth & Brand Specialist who’s equal parts strategist and doer; someone who thrives on ownership, creativity, and making an impact.

You’ll be responsible for shaping how the world sees and experiences Streamflow. From brand and storytelling to campaigns and user insights, this role touches every corner of marketing. You’ll have a seat at the table with leadership, and work cross-functionally with product, business, and community teams to bring our mission to life.

This is not a siloed or passive role. You’ll be in the thick of it, testing ideas, learning fast, iterating often, and driving measurable results.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 4+ years of growth/marketing experience in startups, ideally B2B or SaaS
• Know how to combine quantitative analysis with qualitative insights
• Can design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
• Have experience with content strategy, messaging, and distribution — but measure everything
• Understand social, paid, email, and product marketing from a performance-first lens
• Can work closely with product, sales, and analytics to test hypotheses and validate assumptions
• Thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments and can build processes from scratch
• Are curious about Web3 and willing to learn it quickly

You will:

• Own end-to-end growth strategy with measurable KPIs
• Audit current campaigns and build structured, repeatable processes
• Design experiments, track metrics, and iterate based on data
• Scale lead generation, acquisition, and retention programs
• Collaborate with product and community to align messaging and growth strategy
• Position Streamflow as the category leader through data-backed campaigns

Compensation

For this full time role, we’re offering:

Base gross salary: $4,000 - $4,500 Token grant: 0.1%-0.2% of total STREAM supply (to be agreed after 6 month period); tokens will have vesting of 12 months lockup + 24 months linear vesting

How we work

We are a remote-first, office-optional team with a physical office in Belgrade, Serbia. We prioritize high-quality written communication and the possibility of working asynchronously across time zones because we believe that the best talent exists on every corner of the earth. Our core hours are between 12PM and 3PM UTC. This is when we expect all hands on the deck, most of the time.
