Chainalysis is hiring a
Web3 Senior Manager, Business Technology Operations

Location: NY New York City, New York, United States

The Business Technology (BizTech) team at Chainalysis creates intuitive, scalable, and secure technology experiences that accelerate Chainalysis’ growth and empower our employees to do their best work.

The Sr. Manager of BizTech Operations role is responsible for the end user experience that Chainalysis employees have with our products and services, including technology support, logistics, and change enablement for our users. The team they lead is on the frontline for users experiencing issues and is the face of BizTech across the company.

We are searching for a leader who will craft an innovative vision and strategy for our internal user support model, core operational processes, and user enablement, while also clearly communicating that strategy outwards to their peers and partners. They are empathetic towards and supportive of the team, taking the time to coach individual team members, and are inquisitive about the technologies that we build, deploy, and manage. The ideal leader for this team will lead with a people-first mindset - whether that means a focus on the user experiences that we are crafting or the individuals on the team and their well-being and career growth.

The preferred location for this role is in our New York office, or a hybrid location.

In one year you’ll know you were successful if…

  • Partnering with your peers and business partners, you have built and delivered a BizTech Operations roadmap that balances our need for growth, holds a high bar for the employee user experience, and has an eye on efficiency through automation and innovation
  • Working with your team and partners across the company, you have owned the delivery of a world class technology support experience that starts from the moment an employee joins Chainalysis, and continues through every launch and change we make to our product set
  • In collaboration with the team and your peers, you have defined and put into practice a strategy and set of processes that will help us build the most intuitive, scalable, and secure productivity environment for our employees
  • You have attracted, hired and developed the people required to deliver on your roadmap, with a focus on adaptivity, resilience, and diversity

A background like this helps:

  • Demonstrated experience in roles of similar scope, preferably within technology companies, and ideally at companies that have experienced hyper-growth
  • Demonstrated experience using user-centered design principles to deliver critical products and projects in a corporate environment
  • Background building user experiences around cloud-native environments and SaaS technologies
  • Previous experience managing a global team
  • Excellent writing skills
