Based in Los Angeles, Saatchi Art is redefining the experience of buying and selling art, making it welcoming and accessible for artists and collectors alike.     We are looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Art and NFTs to help lead the NFT strategy for Saatchi Art, helping architect and curate the next several drops, supporting both artists and buyers in the process. It's a highly visible lead role on a high impact team and requires a great deal of coordination with various teams including product, engineering, event managers (in The Other Art Fair), Design, PR, and Marketing. This role has many hats. You can apply big-picture strategic thinking while also doing lots of smaller necessary tasks. You are also comfortable speaking in public at events or conferences regarding our NFT projects and representing the Saatchi Art brand.   A big vision calls for a big job.  As we grow, our need for a Senior Manager of Digital Art and NFTs grows with us.   You'll report to: Interim General Manager

You’ll be successful if you are highly-motivated, team player with a passion for curating and managing innovative NFT art drops and products. You can direct and execute the vision for the digital art and NFT branch of the Saatchi Art business.

Process: Step 1: A video/phone call with a member from our Hiring Team. In this call, we will cover the basics of the role and our company, and discuss a high level overview of your past experiences, goals, and interest in this role. Step 2: A call with your potential manager or someone from the hiring team to dive deeper into your experiences and goals. Step 3: A short assessment to help us see your skill sets as they relate to the role we have. We will review this in Step 1. Step 4: Depending on the role, interviews with key stakeholders from the role (could be 1 or up to 3) who will dive further into the role with you and answer any questions you may have.
