Compensation: $83k - $115k estimated

About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement strategies to manage OTC merchants, aiming to minimise risk for users.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the OTC market and create relevant policies for the platform.
- Engage with merchants to understand market trends and collaborate with internal teams to improve platform features.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end product delivery.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
What We Look For In You
- Preferably 7 years of experience in Risk/AML management within an e-wallet platform.
- Background in working within a regulated financial services environment.
- Preferably a strong interest in cryptocurrency.
- Possession of a recognised Risk Management qualification (e.g., CRM, IRM, PRMIA) is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking and exceptional skills in communication, coordination, teamwork, and execution.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, as the role will require you to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
