About the position
We are hiring a Senior Scrum Master to guide our Product Team on using Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality security software products. As an operational leader, you will be contributing to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization. You play an active Senior Scrum Master role, synchronizing all work, keeping track of the backlog, solving any problems and supporting the teams to perform, and so on.
The position is based in our Stockholm office, follows hybrid work model with excellent flexible working practices. Applicants must hold a valid right to Work in Sweden.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Understands and exercises servant leadership
- Serves and coaches the Scrum team
- Serves the Team to self-manage, self-organize, and continuously improve
- Serves the PO to conduct PO activities and coordinates with Stakeholders effectively
- Actively serves to remove impediments and resolve conflicts
- Deals with complexity at ease and mentors the team in maneuvering through it
- Serves as a coordinator, enabler, and contributor in nurturing effective inter-team relationships
- Coaches team to orient into data-driven decisions and improve the data quality continuously
- Coaches/Collaborates with fellow Scrum Masters and the organization towards greater agility
- Strives to empower, nurture, and coach Teams in decision-making and organization
- Serves as an active Change Agent and effectively implements and drives change in the organization
- Regularly improves and enhances agile knowledge through coaching, training, and podcasts
- Helps and promotes a positive environment conducive to trust, transparency, and Scrum Values
- Ensures Customer delight through quality, commitment, and fairness
- Facilitates internal forums, helps design agility at scale to enable the organization for greater agility
- Understands the business challenges and can mitigate risks at the organization level
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Understands Scrum Guide, Scrum framework, and its fundamentals
- Understands different ways of working and mindset techniques that follow, inspect & adapt to a culture
- All Scrum Values are understood and lived in practice
- Understands SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps concepts
- Follows professional Code of Ethics and demonstrates them in actions
- Uses facilitation techniques effectively (e.g., Liberating Structures, World Café, Brainstorming, etc.)
- Can measure the effectiveness of the framework by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating metrics
- Significant experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master Certification is a merit but not mandatory
COMPENSATION
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
