Web3 Sr. Technical Program Manager

GoodWorker is a joint venture between SchoolNet & LemmaTree (a 100% subsidiary of Temasek). At GoodWorker, we are building a digital job matching and community based learning platform for blue and grey collar workers with a mission to empower them with secured, self-owned and portable digital professional identity using web 3.0 technologies.

We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to help drive excellence in our engineering execution and delivery by driving and implementing effective and efficient processes:

1. Work with multiple engineering Pods towards building high quality products, collaborating with the Product team and other tech & product leaders across Org.
2. You will be required to work with engineering and product stakeholders/leaders to Implement engineering processes for Tech Design and Delivery to bring efficiency to the execution.
3. You will be required to work closely with Product leaders in breaking down the product requirements to tech requirements.
4. You will be working closely with tech and product leaders to help the teams build project plans and manage complex deliveries.
5. You will be responsible for both definitions and adoption of the processes as well as surface and present the right metrics to the management team to bring transparency to the execution.
6. You will be responsible for communicating and presenting the engineering metrics in collaboration with the engineering leaders.

Who are you:

• You have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline or relevant experience.
• You have 8-12 years of relevant engineering experience in tech design, delivery, program management and stakeholder management.
• You have very strong communication skills both written and verbal and have experience in communicating with senior management.
• You have strong skills in writing good documents to communicate High Level Tech Design, Product and Business Details as well as Processes.
• You should have a good understanding of tech design and architecture and effectively participate and collaborate with tech stakeholders.
• You understand and are interested to consider the hustle of a startup and embrace dealing with ambiguity
• You are a good team player
• You are curious, a quick learner and someone who loves to experiment
